Long Traditions 

Storm smoked Norwegian salmon is produced using recipes developed in Scandinavia over many centuries. Salmon sides are hand salted with a little bit of sugar added. The salmon marinate in this brine until ready. Then it is smoked with beech wood for 3-4 hours at a temperature of 68 degrees Fahrenheit. The smoke is relatively cool, resulting in a fusion of healthy fish oils, salt, sugar and smoke, creating a unique flavor and texture. 

Unique Raw Material 

Norwegian salmon is uniquely suitable as a raw material for smoking. It has a higher fat content than any other salmon (about 18%), making your taste sensation more intense. Fat from salmon is healthy, containing Omega-3 fatty acids.

Storm smoked Norwegian salmon is pre-sliced, making it easy to use. Each slice is approximately 1.5oz, a perfect topper for your bagel and cream cheese. Each side is exactly 2 lbs, making for easy portion control.
